Aims and Objects of Association

  1. To promote education in general in accordance with Christian ideals and national goals through educational institutions owned and managed by Catholic Agencies and in furtherance thereof.
  2. To create a better understanding of the various problems and issues affecting education in general by organizing workshops, symposia, seminars and conferences for professional betterment of managements, teachers, and other members of staff of catholic educational institutions.
  3. To promote cooperative action among Catholic Educational institutions for solving common problems and for betterment of education and to cooperate with other institutions and organizations for the same purpose.
  4. To represent, as and when required, one, some or all the members of the Association before the Government, the Universities and other authorities concerned as well as before other Associations and the general public.
  5. To promote the interests of Catholic Educational institutions, to safeguard their respective rights, privileges and liberties and in furtherance thereof to take such steps as the circumstances may warrant including legal action.
  6. To create public awareness in respect of any particular issue concerning Catholic educational institutions through appropriate means.
  7. To promote healthy relationship between the managements, staff and students, so as to ensure the smooth functioning of the institutions.
  8. To build up a fund by contributions and subscriptions for the objects and purposes of the Association.
  9. To acquire immovable property and buildings, to construct buildings and to purchase furniture and equipments etc., for giving effect to all or any of the aims and objects of the Association.
  10. To do all such other lawful acts and things as may be necessary or incidental and conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.
  11. To frame rules and bye-laws to enable the efficient working of the Association and the achievement of the above objects.
